  • Track & Trace over the Christmas Period

    Tue 15 Dec 2020

    Dear Parents/carers,

Track & Trace over the Christmas Holiday Period

Thank you for everything you have done to reduce the spread of COVID19 within our community. Your help and support is always gratefully received.

We are writing to ask you to work with us over the first half of the Christmas break to continue the fight against the virus.

    • If your child develops coronavirus symptoms within 2 days of their last day at school and then subsequently test positive for coronavirus

    • If your child does not have symptoms but undertakes a coronavirus test within 2 days of their last day at school and tests positive

For example, pupils who attend school on the last day of term on Friday 18th December, this would mean notifying school of pupil symptoms developing on Saturday 19th December or Sunday 20th December 2020.

Then you should contact the school on the following number 07949 869737, between 9.30am – 10.30am, and 1.30pm – 2.30pm. This line is only available for the reasons stated above, daily leading up to Christmas (excl. Christmas Day). A message can be left and a member of staff will aim to return your call within 24 hours.

To get a test use the NHS COVID-19 app, via www.gov.uk/get-coronavirus-test or by calling NHS on 119. Many test results are now being received 48 hours after the test.

We will then, as a school, take advice from Public Health England in terms of notifying other children, families, school staff or bubbles to self-isolate.

  • Italian fun day - 15th December 2020

    Fri 04 Dec 2020

    Dear Parents/Carers,

As we draw closer to our Christmas break, we wanted to celebrate our wonderful pupils, so we are holding a special Italian fun day on Tuesday 15th December 2020.

Pupils will be able to participate in Italian activities throughout the day, and the school will be enjoying a real taste of Italy with pizzas.

Please help us to celebrate the day by sending your child to school in Italian colours (red, white and green), or an Italian themed outfit.

    Kind regards,

    Admin Team, Rosehill School
