Spring Term
We have been doing lots of exciting things!
In Science we have been doing experiments, learning about states of matter, and practising cleaning our teeth.
In English we have been reading "The Cat in the Hat", focussing on characters' emotions, rhyme, and we have written our own stories.
In Music we are learning how to play the glockenspiel but we also love to listen, sing, dance and mark time to our favourite tunes.
In History we are making models of Rosehill School, using our own brick etchings.
In Maths we have been learning about dividing and place value.
In Food Tech, we are learning about Five a Day and we have made many delicious and nutritious dishes such as smoothies, fool, trifle and cauliflower nuggets.
Some of us learn phonics and others learn vocabulary.
Some of us are completing an IT course on text processing.
All of us have fun together in the MILE, our Mini MILE, and it turns out we're great at throwing and catching a tennis ball!
