Rosehill School works closely with the Special Educational Needs (SEN) Team at Nottingham City Council in regard to admissions. While we welcome enquiries from parents and carers, there is no guarantee of places as this has to be discussed with the SEN Team as to suitability and availability of places.
The School is suitable to the child’s age, ability, aptitude and special educational need
The child’s placement in the School is compatible with the efficient education of the other children with whom the child would be educated
The placement is an efficient use of resources
An Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP) that refers to a diagnosis of autism as the primary need
The appropriateness of resources for children with extremely challenging behaviour will be considered within the context of the overall needs of the year group
