  • The Selfish Giant

    Tue 29 Jan 2019

Hello, It’s showtime …. We have 300 free tickets to give away

Contact Midlands is organising a FREE family theatre show – The Selfish Giant - for children with special needs and their families. The show is aimed at children of primary age but all ages are welcome. The show will be held at:

    The Selfish Giant

Venue: County Assembly Rooms, 76 Bailgate, Lincoln, LN1 3AR

    Date: Wednesday, March 13.

    Time: 6pm- 7.30pm

Tickets are free but MUST BE BOOKED in advance by emailing westmids.office@contact.org.uk

We will allocate tickets on a first come, first served basis. When all tickets have been allocated we will keep a waiting list in case of cancellations nearer the date and we will let you know if any tickets become available.

When emailing to book tickets you must include:

    · Name, address and telephone number

    · The age of your child with special needs and the nature of his/her disability

    · The number of tickets requested for your family

    · Does anyone in your party need a wheelchair space

As with all our free family events, we are expecting a high demand for tickets for the show and we would ask that you do not book tickets unless you know you will be able to come. If you are successful in getting tickets but find you are unable to make it nearer the date, please, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reallocate the tickets. If you don’t do this another family will lose out on the opportunity to attend so we would appeal to you to help us ensure no ticket goes to waste!

    Kind regards

  • Parents Morning - Signing (25.1.2019)

    Wed 16 Jan 2019

    Dear parents and carers,

We would like to invite all parents and carers to our coffee morning on Friday 25th January 2019 @ 10.00 – 12.00am.

This session will focus on how signing and the use of gesture can support all pupil’s understanding and spoken language.

These are very informal sessions and a chance for you to meet and have a chat with other parents over a cup of coffee.

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at this meeting. Everyone is welcome so please bring along friends and family members if you wish.

  • Head teacher's welcome back message - Spring term 2019

    Mon 07 Jan 2019 Headteacher

A massive welcome back after the Christmas break! We have lots of fun things planned this term, which I know that the children will love. We endeavour each day to make the learning fun and provide a creative curriculum which is both broad and balanced. Over the next few weeks we will send out further correspondence as needed, please keep checking your child’s home school diary and also the website where any correspondence is published straight away.

Thank you all in anticipation of your support for the forthcoming term.

    Best wishes

    Mrs Cheryl Steele
