Class Closures
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak and to keep our pupils and staff safe, we have made the decision to close the following classes at Rosehill
Class 4 Princess
Class 7 Corgis
Class 8 Crown
Class 10 Windsor Castle
Class 14 Tower of London
These class closures will be up to and including Monday 23rd March, at which point this will be reviewed. You will be updated prior to Tuesday 24th March.
We have made this decision in the interests of health & Safety, Safeguarding and wellbeing off all pupils and staff, following advice from Public Health England.
We have had no confirmed cases of the Coronavirus, but some staff and pupils have been advised to self-isolate to protect themselves and their families.
Having analysed staffing, we have concluded that there is a significant number of staff who are unable to come into school. This means that it is not possible to function safely and securely as a school for the above classes at this time.
As we are facing an unprecedented situation, we are monitoring the situation on a daily basis. We will keep parents /carers regularly updated about any closures and all updates will be posted onto the school website www.rosehillschool.com/
The rest of the school will remain open at this time, but as you can appreciate this is being assessed and reviewed on a daily basis. Parents/carers will be kept updated.
We are working hard to make sure that we are reducing the risk of the infection at Rosehill School.
