At Rosehill we have introduced the role of Class Ambassadors to promote our school values:
Recognise our personal achievements and reach our potential
Overcome our barriers to learning
Succeed in our aspirations and be safe and healthy
Enjoy school, have fun and make good friendships
Help and care for others and be active citizens
Interact and communicate positively with others
Learn well today and every day and prepare well for our futures
Live fulfilling lives and look forward to tomorrow
Pupils are nominated and voted in to this role to support the pupils and staff in our school, to help build on the school’s strengths and to help move the school forward.
In order to become a Class Ambassador, the nominated pupil will take part in an interview with the Headteacher. They must show they have the skills to be an effective Ambassador.
Primary and Middle School Ambassadors will focus on their departments, while Upper School Ambassadors will work with the staff and the pupils across the whole school supporting, helping and leading others. They will take on specific roles across each term.
It is a real achievement to be chosen to represent the school as a Class Ambassador and we feel that this role helps pupils show their leadership qualities.
