Dear Parent / Carer,

I am pleased to invite you to our next Parents and Carers Coffee Morning on Friday 20^th March 9:30am – 11:00pm at Rosehill School. PLEASE note that the time of coffee morning has changed to a 9:30am start to accommodate parents’ requests.

First, there will be a presentation by Andrew Mills from Abbey Legal Services on the importance of Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney. The main focus of the presentation will be on providing for vulnerable beneficiaries such as people with disabilities in a Will whilst ensuring they don't lose their entitlement to means-tested benefits or face challenges against the estate from local authorities. We believe this will be of interest to parents of Rosehill pupils as it is something that will apply to you.

The presentation will be around 15 minutes and Andrew will then be available for as long as necessary to have a chat with our parents and answer any questions you may have. 

We have invited ex-parents who will be able to share their personal experiences regarding Wills and Trusts.

After the presentation our art lead Jess Davies will run a hands-on art workshop with the ideas of art activities which you could do with your children. Jess will also share information about art activities for children in the local community.

We aim our sessions to be both informal and informative, and would love as many of you as possible to attend. Please could you reply using the slip at the bottom of the letter, or by emailing admin@rosehill.nottingham.sch.uk, and let us know how many will be attending.
