We follow a neuroinclusive approach that focuses on understanding individual differences and creating environments where every learner can thrive. 

Autistic children and young people may experience differences in communication, social interaction, sensory processing, managing change and understanding the world around them. Many also have significant strengths, talents and interests that should be recognised and celebrated.

We provide a highly personalised approach that is tailored to each pupil's strengths, needs and aspirations. Support may include:

• Total Communication approaches, including visual supports, symbols, signing and communication aids
• Sensory-informed classrooms and regulation strategies
• Structured routines and support with transitions
• Positive behaviour support and wellbeing provision
• Opportunities to develop communication, independence and life skills
• Specialist support from Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Educational Psychology services where appropriate
• Preparation for adulthood, employment and community participation
