Every pupil will have an Annual Review of their Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP). This is a statutory process carried out in line with the Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Code of Practice: 0 to 25 years (2015).

The Annual Review provides an opportunity for families, school staff and other professionals to work together to review progress, discuss outcomes, and ensure that the support outlined in the EHCP continues to meet the child or young person's needs.
