PE and Sport Premium

Primary Sports Premium

This Premium is an amount of money which the government has agreed to allocate to schools. The funding amount received by schools is based upon the number of children of primary age at the school (pupils in years 1 to 6), as recorded in the school January census. The PE Grant Premium must be used to improve the quality of PE & Sports provision, and increase participation in PE & Sports.

At Rosehill School, we have a P.E. and Sport Co-ordinator with responsibility for developing sport and effective use of Sport Premium Funding together with our senior leadership team. At Rosehill School we strive to promote healthy and active lifestyles and aim to provide sporting opportunities for all our pupils. We welcome the additional funding, which will further enhance our provision and provide additional opportunities for increased participation.

Funding allocation for the academic year 2016/2017 are calculated using the number of pupils in Years 1 to 6 (January Census). Please follow the links below for our Action Plan 2016/2017 and our Impact Reports from 2015/2016.
